How often should my property be pressure washed?
The answer depends on the frequency of use and environmental factors. As a general rule, surfaces that are exposed to elements outdoors should be cleaned every six months to a year. Will pressure washing damage my surfaces?
If you are using a licensed professional like LCS, you can expect safe techniques and practices that keep your surface safe and damage free.
Can you pressure wash new concrete?
New concrete can only be cleaned by applying a detergent and giving a low pressure rinse. This will effectively remove dirt and debris. Wait at least a year after pouring the concrete to clean with high pressure. This will allow the concrete to bond and cure.
