Here’s our process:
Discovery
We ask the right questions to learn how we can serve the customer best.We ask specific questions regarding surface area, materials to be cleaned, chemicals needed, accessibility, frequency, unique nuances on the job, etc.
Plan and Estimate
Using everything we learned in discovery, we build a tailored workflow, price labor and materials, and write up a custom estimate.
Communicate and Schedule
We put the detailed estimate and workflow in front of the customer, clarifying processes, answering questions, and making necessary adjustments.
Execute
We execute the plan efficiently and effectively, and we communicate throughout the job.
Invoice and Follow Up
We promptly follow up, make sure expectations were met, and provide an invoice to finish out the project.
